Sri Creative Studio (“we”) collects only what we need to sell and ship original paintings and to answer your messages.

What we collect. When you enquire or check out, we may receive your name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details. Card, UPI, and netbanking details are collected and processed by Razorpay — we never see or store full payment credentials.

How we use it. To confirm orders, arrange insured shipping, send tracking updates, and reply to studio questions. We do not sell your information. We may share name and address with the courier solely to deliver your painting.

Retention. Order records are kept as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to update or delete contact details that are not required for an open order by writing to sricreativestudio@gmail.com.

This site may use basic analytics or hosting logs. Payment security is handled under Razorpay’s own privacy and compliance terms.
